His professional experience encompasses over 30 years in the telecommunications industry, having have held various positions and titles in Network, Information Technology, Comptrollers, Accounting, Product Management, Finance, Engineering and Project Management. He is a graduate of Florida International University, having majored in Business Management and minored in Marketing. In 1990, he earned a Master's Degree in Project Management from George Washington University. What once was a pageant hobby, has now become a passion. In 2014, he officially launched his dream of having his own interview prep company and was the visionary in creating the nationally successful NO FEAR Program. In the USA system alone, Jorge has succesfully worked with delegates who have won the prestigious title of Miss USA five times and Miss Teen USA six times. In addition, Jorge was the national director of Miss Universe Iceland for 8 years and has had national winners in systems such as National American Miss, USA National Miss, Earth USA, Royalty USA, America's Ideal Miss, Royal International Miss, Miss Ultimate USA, Miss Jr High School America, Miss High School America, Miss Collegiate America, Ultimate International Miss, Miss All American Beauty, and many more.

Rick is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire, receiving a Bachelor of Music - Vocal Performance in 1980. He briefly performed with the Miami Metropolitan Opera before beginning a 20+ year career with Southern Bell/BellSouth Telecommunications/AT&T. During his telecommunications career he enjoyed many assignments including Manager – Operator Services, Manager – Customer Service, Business Product Manager and Yellow Pages advertising representative.

After accepting an early retirement offer in 2002 from AT&T, he embarked on a new career as flight attendant for Atlantic Southeast Airlines, then a subsidiary of Delta Airlines. In 2015, he retired once again and moved back to South Florida where he worked for Allegiant Airlines until retiring AGAIN in 2024. Rick now devotes his spare time working on logistics, travel, bookings, accounting and new business development for PageantSmart as well as working with high school students in preparing them for college and scholarship interviews.

He enjoys gardening, DIY remodeling projects, music and traveling, especially internationally!
Maggie is a veteran of both the Miss USA and Miss America pageants systems. In 2009 she earned the title of Miss Virginia Teen USA and competed for the title of Miss Teen USA. Afterwards she transitioned to the Miss America system where she competed in both Miss Tennessee (top 15) and Miss Virginia (top 10 and swimsuit winner). During her time competing in the Miss America system, Maggie won numerous interview, swimsuit, and talent awards at the local level and state level. During her final two years of competing in pageants, she returned to the Miss Virginia USA stage where she placed top 10 in 2013 and was first runner up in 2014. Competing in pageants created many scholarship opportunities that allowed Maggie to continue her education. After completing her Bachelors in Psychology with a Minor in Security and Intelligence from King University, Maggie decided to return to school and is in the process of completing her Masters in Homeland Security with a concentration in Emergency Management. By lending her talents to PageantSmart, Maggie has discovered a way to combine her interests in the pageant community and helping other women achieve their goals and her interests in geopolitics and current events.

As an accomplished competitor with a commitment to the mentorship of women and young girls across the nation, Amanda Leigh Bertholf is a perfect fit to our team of consultants. Her foundation in interview prepration began early, earning a Congressional Nomination from (then) Senator Maurice Hinchey to the United States Military Academy at West Point while she was still in high school. Soon after, she was trained at Middlebury College in Vermont, where she earned her B.A. in International and Global Studies with a disciplinary specialization in Film and Media Culture and a regional specialization in European Studies. In addition to her training at Middlebury, Amanda also studied Film and Media Education at the University of Florence in Italy.

Later, Amanda entered her very first pageant in 2021, competing for the title of Miss Maryland USA, where she placed in the top 10 out of 103 contestants. She participated again the following year earning another Top10 placement and winning Miss Photogenic. In 2023, Amanda competed at Miss Grand USA as Miss Grand Maryland and placed in the top15.

Presently, Amanda is a Social Media Manager for National Geographic and The Walt Disney Company. In her free time she loves spending time with her nieces, playing with her puppies or enjoying visting the Walt Disney World parks.

​Jordan is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, where she majored in Finance and Legal Studies & Business Ethics. She also recently graduated from Brooklyn Law School with a Juris Doctor. Jordan studied abroad at Hitotsubashi University in Japan during her senior semester and was selected to represent the Wharton School of Business in Bangkok, Thailand.
When Jordan is not traveling, she continues to make a difference by advocating for students with learning disabilities and encouraging what she believes for herself : do not let numbers define you.

No stranger to pageantry, Jordan started competing at 13 years old and has won several prestigious titles including National All-American Miss Teen 2014-2015 and National American Miss 2017-2018. She also has placed in Miss America preliminary competitions, Miss Collegiate America national finals and Miss USA state competitions including earning 2RU at Miss Georgia USA 2022. ​​​
