His professional experience encompasses over 30 years in the telecommunications industry, having have held various positions and titles in Network, Information Technology, Comptrollers, Accounting, Product Management, Finance, Engineering and Project Management. He is a graduate of Florida International University, having majored in Business Management and minored in Marketing. In 1990, he earned a Master's Degree in Project Management from George Washington University. What once was a pageant hobby, has now become a passion. In the USA system alone, Jorge has had over 60 winners in the past 7 years of working in the pageant industry. In 2014, he officially launched his dream of having his own interview prep company and was the visionary in creating the nationally successful NO FEAR Program.

Rick is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire, receiving a Bachelor of Music - Vocal Performance in 1980.He briefly sang with the Miami Metropolitan Opera before beginning a 20+ year career with Southern Bell/BellSouth Telecommunications/AT&T. During his telecommunications career he enjoyed many assignments including Manager – Operator Services, Manager – Customer Service, Business Product Manager and Yellow Pages advertising representative.
After accepting an early retirement offer in 2002, he embarked on a new career as flight attendant for Atlantic Southeast Airlines, then a subsidiary of Delta Airlines. In 2015, he retired once again!Rick now devotes his spare time working on logistics and new business development for PageantSmart as well as working with high school students in preparing them for college and scholarship interviews.
He enjoys gardening, DIY remodeling projects, music and traveling, especially visiting foreign countries!
Maggie is a veteran of both the Miss USA and Miss America pageants systems. In 2009 she earned the title of Miss Virginia Teen USA and competed for the title of Miss Teen USA. Afterwards she transitioned to the Miss America system where she competed in both Miss Tennessee (top 15) and Miss Virginia (top 10 and swimsuit winner). During her time competing in the Miss America system, Maggie won numerous interview, swimsuit, and talent awards at the local level and state level. During her final two years of competing in pageants, she returned to the Miss Virginia USA stage where she placed top 10 in 2013 and was first runner up in 2014. Competing in pageants created many scholarship opportunities that allowed Maggie to continue her education. After completing her Bachelors in Psychology with a Minor in Security and Intelligence from King University, Maggie decided to return to school and is in the process of completing her Masters in Homeland Security with a concentration in Emergency Management. By lending her talents to PageantSmart, Maggie has discovered a way to combine her interests in the pageant community and helping other women achieve their goals and her interests in geopolitics and current events.

Representing our Nation’s Capital, Candiace Dillard was crowned Miss United States 2013 on the national stage and embarked upon a journey that, she says, has made her the woman she is today. She now wears many hats, as a Marketing Assistant for her family business, an actress, and Founder and CEO of Candiace Dillard Pageant Consulting. In 2009, she founded an organization called My Sister’s Keeper, a mentorship and women’s empowerment organization designed to give young girls the opportunity to interact with other women in their communities. Her call to service was only reinforced during her tenure in the White House Offices of Public Engagement and Intergovernmental Affairs, where she liaised between the White House and the African American Community for President Barack Obama. She later traded in her suit and heels for the campaign trail where she served as a staffer for the 2012 Presidential Campaign. Candiace is a graduate of Howard University and touts a B.A. in Communications.Having competed in the pageant industry for many years she, holds top placements in the Sunburst, National American Miss, Miss American Coed, Miss Georgia’s Outstanding Teen, Miss Maryland USA, Miss District of Columbia USA and Miss United States pageant systems. She is also an accomplished musician and vocalist – joining her first girl group at the age of 15. As the group’s lead vocalist, Candiace wrote music and played keyboard with “Blaze” for almost two years, while being seen by the likes of Sony and Arista Records.

Alexis Victoria Duprey is magna cum laude graduate from New Mexico State University with two bachelor’s degrees in communication studies and journalism. Alexis also graduated with a master’s degree in communication studies while teaching introductory public speaking courses, also at NMSU. She was the public relations chair for the Communication Studies Graduate Student Association and now works as a marketing coordinator for a solar company.
Alexis has held the titles of Miss New Mexico Teen USA 2009, Miss New Mexico 2013, and Miss New Mexico USA 2015. During her time in the America system, she won the preliminary interview at both her local and state competition and also took home the John Curran Non-Finalist Interview Award at Miss America 2014.

Manuela Osk is a graduate of the Iceland Academy of the Arts, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design. A successful fashionista, blogger, model, and stylist, she has participated in the fashion and beauty industry for many years. She's worked for Sonya Rykiel during the Paris Fashion Week, as well as worked for CLD PR in Los Angeles, California. Manuela is also one of the leading branding and social media celebrities in her country and is one of the most recognized women in Iceland.
Manuela won the Miss Reykjavik and Miss Iceland pageants in 2002, and was first runner-up in the subsequent Miss Scandinavia pageant. She traveled to Panama City, Panama to participate in the Miss Universe contest in 2003 but had to withdraw due to hospitalization for severe dehydration.
Being named as the new National Director for Miss Universe Iceland is a dream come true for her.
In 2006, Morgan was crowned Miss Oklahoma Teen USA and in 2010, she won the title of Miss Oklahoma USA—both on her first attempt. During her Oklahoma USA pageant experience, Morgan was awarded Best in Evening Gown (Teen), Best in Swimsuit (Miss), as well as the Mentor Award (Miss). Morgan placed in the top 15 at Miss Teen USA 2006 and was 1st runner-...up at Miss USA 2010.
After Miss USA, Morgan continued to work for modeling agencies across the U.S. and around the world and was featured in Cosmo Girl, Seventeen Magazine, Teen PROM, and Teen Vogue. She also was the Face of Sportsman Cap & Bag, Modbod and Tony Bowls. Her famous catwalk has graced New York Fashion Week for designer, Luis Machicao. Upon her return to the US, she completed her undergraduate degree, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication. Morgan played collegiate volleyball, and also served her university as a columnist, a sideline reporter, and as an on-air personality for KCLC radio.
Upon graduation, Morgan married Brian, and a couple months later, they moved to the United Kingdom to serve in ministry for two years. During her time in the UK, Morgan attended graduate school and completed a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry.
Because of her experiences and overall achievements, Morgan is highly confident in her ability to help you reach your goals in any area of competition. Along with functioning as a consultant, it would also be her joy to operate as a friend and mentor. Morgan’s priority will always be to assist you in growing your confidence by further unpacking the treasure of your design, and encouraging you to embrace what makes you extraordinary.
Morgan also has extensive experience with red carpet, personal interview, onstage question and working with the local and national media. She has appeared on Fox and Friends (NYC), The Megyn Kelly Show (NYC), Geraldo at Large (via satellite), The Dana Show (St. Louis), Ron Insana Show (CNBC) and many more. She also loves public speaking, and does so at conferences, churches, and school events in her spare time. Moreover, she loves to write and endeavors to publish books and devotionals in the near future.
Morgan’s favorite hobby by far is traveling—she has been to over 30 countries. Her greatest adventure of all, though, arrives in March 2017, when she becomes a mother for the first time.
